Specialist Cleaning Services

At Nith Valley Cleaning, we have experience in working in partnership with people who have hoarding tendencies. We pride ourselves on a sensitive, non-judgemental approach. Our Specialist Operative, Clare, has completed training in Hoarded House Decontamination and Bio-hazard Bacteria and virus Awareness and ensures all jobs are completed to the highest health and safety standards.

Individuals are often referred through Social Work, Housing Associations, the Fire Service, Psychological Services, as well as directly from themselves. This can be a lengthy undertaking, as we endeavour to make sure the customer is fully involved in the process, and is comfortable with any developments.

What we do:

  • Trauma cleaning
  • Restoring contaminated properties
  • Intensive sanitation
  • Decontamination and biohazard cleaning
  • Needle sweeps/ sharps disposal
  • Uninhabited building cleaning
  • Hoarding and de-cluttering

Our Bespoke Specialist Cleaning Process

  1. Meet with the customer, more than once if necessary, to establish a relationship and ensure thorough comprehension from both parties of what is required/involved.
  2. Speak to any services involved (with consent) to allow a full assessment to be made on necessary work.
  3. Provide a quote.
  4. Agree a timescale (this can be very flexible, as we strive to work at the individual pace of the customer).
  5. Identify most urgent areas to be de-cluttered and cleaned (usually exits and corridors) and agree items for storage/recycling/charity/waste.
  6. Continue to less pressing areas and repeat process until an agreed ending is reached.

Payment Options:

We realise that money can be tight, especially in the current climate which is why we are now offering payment plans for this type of work. Alternatively, tell us your budget and we can create a plan around this. Please contact us for further details.
